Graduation Sunday is on June 7, 2009

We are requesting information to prepare for Graduation Sunday.  You can complete the short form below to assist us in our preparations.

We are also requesting that you provide three pictures of your graduate.   We need pictures by May 17, 2009.  It would be helpful if you keep the following items in mind when choosing the three pictures of your graduate:

1- At least 4x6 inch size
2- Please select a clean and clear photo of your graduate, one that does not have tape, glue, water damage or other damage, and requiring little to no restoration will be your best choice.
3-Make sure your graduate is clearly visible, preferably the only person in the photo.

You may bring your three photos by the office during office hours.  Please make sure they are clearly marked.
