The FBC-Matthews Weekday Preschool strives to help children experience feelings of love, acceptance, self-respect and respect of others in their everyday life. Our Preschool Program is designed to address the needs of the total child. This will include activities that help the child grow emotionally, mentally, physically, socially and spiritually. Each child is encouraged to develop a creative and inquiring mind and a loving awareness fo God.
Teachers use the WEE LEARN curriculum from the Southern Baptist Convention and enhance this material with other resources and their previous experiences. Children experience different weekly themes which incorporate their world around them. Our teachers will share Bible stories and prayers with your children and teach them bibilcal principles and songs to help them learn of God's love.
Our Weekday school operates from September to May. School hours are Mon-Thurs, 9:15am-1pm and on Friday 9:15am-12pm. Young children meet twice a week and as the children mature, they move into 3 an 4 day a week classes.

Class placement is based on your child's age as of August 31, 2008.
