We will be coming alongside an Association of Baptists for World Evangelism church planting team to assist in the completion of the following vision: "ABWE personnel plan to establish Baptist Churches, train national leaders through theological education by extension, and start works among youth of Nicaragua, where almost half of the population is under the age of fifteen."

(Operation Christmas Child) Contacts: David & Cherese Younts
Beginning in February 2009, we partnered with New Life church, a Samaritan's Purse distribution center in the Ukraine, to distribute Operation Christmas Child gifts to orphanages, schools, etc.  These boxes also include an age appropriate Bible study series which leads to an opportunity to receive Jesus Christ and follow up discipleship training.  The New Life Church's pastor, Anatoliy Kalyuzhnyy is the head of the Council of Independent Evangelical Churches and the Co-Director for Operation Christmas Child Ministry in the Ukraine.  These trips will be one week in length.

Operation Christmas Child(learn more here)

Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the good news of God's love.  All ages can be involved in this hands on ministry project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas; Jesus.  Along with shoe box gifts millions of children are given Gospel booklets in their own language.  The church will also have a time in December to go as a team and work at the distribution center where the gift boxes are packed and prepared to send around the world.

Be a part of a multi-cultural church plant with a heart for missions at FBCM.  Our Church began in May of 2008 sending a team annually to assist our mission church in to planting churches in the Phillippines.

Philippine Mission

Next Trip: May 15-22, 2010
This mission is a partnership with our Flippino International Community Church. Once a year, in May, we take a team to the Philippines to begin church plants. We focus on unchurched communities throughout the central area. We accomplish this by holding medical clinics, visiting school, showing the Jesus video, blitzing communities with flyers and intentionally sharing the gospel.

We take up this special offering once a year around Christmas.  100% of this gift goes to the international missionaries.
